Take Your Best Shot!
We love sharing pictures of our horse adventures. You’ve seen some of our best – and our worst – horse days. Plowing, seeding, and getting out into the mountains are our favourites. Now it’s your turn!
Here’s our September #geehawphotos winner!
This photo was sent to us by Christa McKee at Clearview Stock Farm. The team is a pair of registered Suffolk mares, B Bar Sheba and Valan’s Lady Elizabeth, 12 and 13 years old. They are owned by Don and Christa McKee of Minnedosa, Manitoba. The photo was taken at their farm southeast of Minnedosa. The driver is Don McKee. They use this team all winter to feed 100 cows with square bales.

Now, we’d like YOU to share how you put your horses to work! Singles pulling a carriage, teams with plows, saddle riding. We love them all. Ready, set, go … join our “Share Your Shot – GeeHaw Edition” photo-of-the-month contest at Alberta Carriage Supply. Take pics of your horses (you can be there, of course!) in action. Each month we’ll choose a “best of” horse photo and we’ll share it on our social media platforms.
